While sixth graders were off visiting the state Capitol building and history center and eighth graders were skiing, Le Sueur-Henderson seventh-graders were enjoying learning of a different sort.
The annual middle school exploratory day was held Friday and some of the classes featured were cookie decorating, making eggrolls, clay sculptures, hair design, henna art and pheasant cleaning. Middle school teachers and members of the community taught the students during this fun-filled day.
