| Troops enjoy receiving gift boxes |

I want to thank Jill Wilson, the 300 Club and all those that supported the fundraiser to send gift boxes to area soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
When the Sergeant Major told me I had some packages and I should bring a cart to pick them up I thought he was kidding.
The treats, supplies and reading material were enjoyed by several dozen soldiers here in Basra.
It is wonderful to receive things from home, and even better to know that there are people and organizations like yours who continue to support our troops.
It was a very thoughtful gesture and I applaud you for taking the time, effort, and resources needed to do it.
Again Thank You so very much for your efforts they are greatly appreciated.
